Measure completion together with correction, abandonment, rework and help-seeking.<\/p><div class=\"four\"><article><small>Signal<\/small><h3>Understand<\/h3><p>Can people tell what the system is showing and why?<\/p><\/article><article><small>Work<\/small><h3>Act<\/h3><p>Can they complete the next step with the authority they have?<\/p><\/article><article><small>Consequence<\/small><h3>Recover<\/h3><p>Can they correct, undo or escalate without losing the work?<\/p><\/article><article><small>Question<\/small><h3>Ask<\/h3><p>Where does the experience ask people to remember what the interface should show?<\/p><\/article><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n  <section class=\"isec blue\"><div class=\"iw\"><span class=\"ik\">03 \u00b7 Precision<\/span><h2>Precision turns usability into a testable promise.<\/h2><p>Define the user, task, state, content, error, recovery path and accessibility needs. Experience is part of governance.<\/p><a href=\"\/practice\/\">Continue to Practice \u2192<\/a><\/div><\/section>\n  <section class=\"isec sources\"><div class=\"iw\"><div class=\"sourceIntro\"><div><span class=\"ik\">Sources and notes<\/span><h2>Read the basis, then test it in context.<\/h2><\/div><p>The sources support accessibility, human-centred design and system responsibility.
